In 2007, when I practice reformer as a client I feel wonderful and relaxed. As I'm a PE grad I decided to become a trainer.
In 2008 I attended a MK pilates course (both matwork1 and reformer1) and pass so I started teaching.
As I practice pilates myself, I feel more flexable and my consantration is better.
In our studio we work with pre and post pragnancy clients. Also with people having back, shoulder and spine problems, and post-op reconditioning.
