Knowing you need to breathe and doing a good breath are often very different things.  Through any method of breath training, all breaths become more and more efficient.  To know your breath you must first listen, then enjoy playing, then challenge your ability to improve it. 

Malcolm will give you some practical insights into your normal breathing patterns. Then, through various methods of focusing on your breathing, moving with breath, and then applying it to some very specific breath influenced Pilates movements, you can make wonderful changes.  Improve both your general health, your bodies overall strength and mobility, and even your sleeping patterns by bringing some gentle focus to your breath.
