This course is an excellent progression for any level 3 advanced reformer trainers who are both qualified in mat
and reformer Pilates basics. Our expert international presenters will teach you how to rehabilitate the joint complex
movements through a six week programme of release, mobility and therapy exercises. You will learn the advanced anatomy of the
ankle, knee, hip, spine and shoulder joint complex’s in this Therapy Exercise Course. You will be able to understand the most
common injuries or restrictions to the joint complex’s and the pathophysiology of dysfunctional movement patterns.
You will be taught progressive 6 week programmes for each joint complex. You will be able to use these six week programmes to
affect change in the movement patterns of your clients. Each programme uses release methods, mobility sequences and Pilates reformer
strengthening exercises to re-establish the correct movement pattern and improve movement and posture.
This course is internationally accepted and recognised by REPs & CIMSPA.
