I was brought to Pilates in 2001 searching with some friends other movement techniques. Investigando en 2001 con amigas nuevas tecnicas de movimiento, llegamos a Pilates.

I started teaching Pilates between 2001 and 2002 after attending to my full Matwork approach. Comencé a enseñar Pilates entre el 2001 y el 2002 luego del primer curso completo de Matwork.

Working with the Pilates method changed my life completely, personally and professionally. Trabajando con el método Pilates cambió mi vida por completo, personalmente y profesionalmente.

I specialize in rehabilitation as a Pilates teacher and physical therapist. Me especializo en rehabilitación como instructora de Pilates y Terapista Física.
