Description

Whether you are thinking about training to teach reformers or are currently teaching this workshop will help you understand the MK Pilates Style of using this great piece of equipment. Traditionally it was used as part of circuit-style sessions with other pieces of Pilates Apparatus but today with all the different programme formats you can find reformer only classes in many clubs worldwide.

Michael and Malcolm will introduce you to a Classical Style Programme as well as a more modified programme where you can work towards the more therapy based environment. Looking at Dynamic Style sessions and also choreographed sequences this is a great opportunity to enhance what you are currently teaching or simply experience how they use this piece of Pilates Equipment.
