Menopause is a naturally occurring stage in every woman’s life.  As Pilates teacher, you will no doubt have many clients who are either peri-menopausal - meaning they are actively experiencing the transition or they are post-menopausal. During Menopause women experience many symptoms both physical and mental - Pilates is a perfect system to help this group of people with the changes they will be noticing.

Main Components of this Course

This particular group needs specific changes to their programme to help them cope with any symptoms they may be experiencing in particular the workshop will focus on:

  • Cardiovascular
  • Balance
  • Relaxation, Stretch and Stress Reduction
